  • Removed parent organization from the mg_organization metadata field. Previously, SiteImprove groups for parent organizations have included content in child organizations. Future SiteImprove scans will allow parent organizations to see scan results for the parent organization only. This also affects Foresee. Future Foresee customer satisfaction survey responses will not be tagged with the organization’s parent organization. This will allow more granular reporting and performance tracking. (DP-29261)

  • Replaced elements on the “Content that needs attention” section of the Welcome screen of the CMS with “Page views,” “Nos per 1000” and “Broken Links” for the last 30 days. (DP-29614)

  • Added an automated section at the bottom of Organization pages called “_________ [org] Information” with links to information that was formerly in the navigation bar dropdown menu (such as, Get updates, Jobs, Public Records Requests, About, etc.). We recommend that you add these links elsewhere on your organization pages and remove the links from the “Navigation menu” tab which will remove them from the automated section. When all links are removed from the “Navigation menu” tab, the automated section will no longer appear. (DP-29014)

  • Promotional pages now have metadata related to their organizations and will now appear in SiteImprove and analytics reports that are filtered by organization. (DP-29613)

  • Added 5 languages (Twi, German, Japanese, Hebrew, Dutch, Armenian) to the CMS: Google translate options, the page language bar, and the document language bar. (DP-29018)

  • Added “lazy loading” for all iFrames to speed page load issues for pages with multiple iFrames. IFrames should now load progressively as the user scrolls down the page which will be a better user experience. (DP-29018)

  • Fixed an issue with Analytics tracking that existed from July 28 – August 9. Pageviews for this time are correct, but clicks on external links, the translate widget, and count of times a video was displayed within the chatbot were not consistently tracked.
